Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We hope you love your IMMY Towels, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

 

To start a return, please email us at immytowels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

 

Please note:

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

We inspect every towel before dispatch, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund — and cover return shipping in this case.
