Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order handling before dispatch.

Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after the advertised launch date. You’ll receive email updates with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

UK Standard Delivery

£3.95 flat rate (free on orders over £50)

Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days

UK Express Delivery

£6.95

Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
